BREATHWORK PRACTITIONER TRAINING 2026
A path of attunement, integrity and embodied presence
AUGUST – DECEMBER 2026
Online and In-Person Modules (Portugal)
This training is an invitation to meet and work with the breath as a living intelligence — not something to fix or control, but something that guides us home into the body, into coherence and into our most authentic expression.
Rooted in humility, reverence and self-responsibility, the training supports the becoming of grounded, attuned practitioners who can hold safe, compassionate and deeply human one-to-one spaces. It weaves embodied, hands-on practice with scientific understanding, while honoring the mystical and numinous dimensions of breath, body and psyche.
This is not a performative path.
It is a process of listening, integration and remembering wholeness.
WHAT THE TRAINING OFFERS
A 5-month foundational practitioner training (plus mentoring) focused on one-to-one Breathwork (Facilitated Breath Repatterning).
You will learn to:
-
Read, attune to and work with the intelligence of the body, breath, psyche and nervous system from a place of presence, humility, integrity and embodied knowing
-
Work safely with trauma, conditioning and psychosomatic patterns
-
Integrate touch/bodywork, movement, sound and ritual with care, intention and skill
-
Create physical and relational safe spaces for those you guide
-
Understand and embody the ethics, role, responsibilities and scope of practice as a Breathwork practitioner
Core principles: Attunement, resonance, resourcing, titration, pendulation and integration — moving with the capacity of the body and psyche, not forcing, fixing or rushing.
THE PRACTITIONER’S JOURNEY
This training is as much an inner journey as it is a professional one.
Through practical explorations, self-reflection, supervision and shared learning, you are invited to deepen your capacity to be with yourself and others — to hold, witness and be held. Shadow work, integrity and ongoing Self-exploration are central, so that your work as a practitioner grows from lived experience rather than technique alone.

- We intentionally limit this training to 8 participants to create an intimate learning environment.

WHY THIS TRAINING EXISTS
Returning to our raw humanness in a tamed world
This work profoundly shifted my life in 2021 and since then I’ve had the honor of guiding hundreds of people on their journeys and holding them in their humanness. It showed me that we aren’t broken, don’t need fixing and that healing isn’t something to “get done” or something that can be sold to us. It’s a lifelong journey of deep listening — creating the inner and outer conditions for the wisdom of our body and psyche to unfold and remembering who we are once we peel back the imprints of conditioning, trauma and external expectations. This path guides us home to ourselves, opens us to genuine connection with ourselves, others and life, supports our authentic expression and unfolding and reconnects us to our interconnectedness with all.
Breathwork is everywhere now, often treated as a quick fix or performance tool. This training is different: it’s for practitioners who see the breath as a sacred doorway to our humanness and understand that the practice is fundamentally relational, tender and meaningful. It’s grounded in self-exploration, embodied skill, scientific understanding, humility and responsibility — creating spaces of relational safety, curiosity and allowance where body, psyche and breath can return to aliveness, inherent capacity, homeostasis and self-regulation.
Edward Dangerfield — a curious and deeply human man, my teacher and the founder of Facilitated Breath Repatterning — has been a profound inspiration. After surviving an avalanche and living with PTSD, he discovered the healing power of the breath. Over decades, he has guided thousands of breathwork sessions, trained dozens of practitioners and studied Chinese massage, Qi Gong, nerve work, biofield therapies, yoga, meditation and modern anatomy, physiology and neuroscience. Having him co-lead the final in-person module is a full-circle moment and a deep honoring of how his work has shaped the course of my life.
