A world that constantly pulls our attention outward, floods us with information and tells us that healing is something to be optimized, fixed or achieved—through yet another routine, product or technique.
There is little space left to simply be human.
To slow down.
To be in our bodies.
To feel what we feel.
To reconnect with our inner knowing.
To remember what truly nourishes us.
To follow our passions and express ourselves authentically.
To be in genuine relationship—with ourselves, with others and with life itself.
You may be doing all the “right” things—following routines, practicing self-care, keeping up with the latest wellness trends—and still feel overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted or quietly hurting.
This is not a failure.
It’s a sign that something deeper is asking to be tended to.
PRESENCING OVER PERFOMRING
Rather than doing more, we create space. Through breathwork, conscious movement, immersion in nature and shared presence, we turn toward what lies beneath the surface. We pause and ask a more honest question—one that invites us to listen for the deeper wisdom and root causes asking to be heard:
What is underneath?
By slowing down enough to truly listen—rather than overwrite—we begin to trust the innate intelligence of the body and psyche. Given time, safety and presence, this wisdom knows how to guide us, express itself and move toward integration and wholeness.
From this place of allowance and curiosity, the nervous system naturally returns to what it is designed to do: self-regulate. This foundational sense of safety and capacity allows us to gently lean into the subtle pull of the soul—toward what we are here to experience and contribute.
As our capacity expands, we meet more of life—and more of ourselves. We begin to come home to and embody who we truly are, beyond conditioning, expectations and the roles we were taught to follow
AN INTIMATE CONTAINER
These retreats are intentionally held for small groups of no more than four participants.
The limited group size allows for a depth of presence, care and attunement that can get lost in larger settings. Each person is seen, heard and supported in a way that honors their unique unfolding, process and needs.
With fewer people, there is more space— to listen, explore, express, to be met and to integrate. The group becomes a safe and steady container where trust can emerge naturally and where subtle experiences are not rushed or overlooked.
This intimacy isn’t about exclusivity.
It’s about creating the foundation for genuine connection, nervous system safety and meaningful inner work to unfold.

YOUR RETREAT HOST
My passion for holistic health, human behavior, nature, the psyche and embodiment has shaped my personal and professional journey.
I hold a degree in Biology and Health & Nutrition and I am a certified Integrative Health Coach, Yoga Teacher and Breathwork Practitioner, currently training in BodyDreaming.
My approach focuses on seeing clients in their interconnectedness and wholeness. Creating spaces for exploration—both internally, externally and interpersonally. I am deeply passionate about sharing the practices that have supported my own journey. I believe tending to our inner world ripples healing into the collective.
This retreat is a beautiful co-creation of my embodied knowledge, experiences, skills and space-holding, combined with your openness and unique essence. I would be truly honored to support you and walk alongside you on this journey. The Breathwork circles will also be held and supported by another facilitator trained in FBR Breathwork, who brings their own additional training, unique qualities and skills to the space.

Our private chef will cook with mostly locally grown, organic ingredients—nourishing us from morning until evening.

RETREAT VENUE
The venue is nestled in a peaceful valley of cork trees, offering beautiful views over the Monchique foothills. Wake up to birdsong and the deep tranquility of nature.
During our time together, we will explore nearby beaches to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean, beautiful cliffs, and open skies. The venue itself is surrounded by a spacious natural garden—perfect for journaling, reading or stretching on the yoga deck.
Inside, the house offers a dedicated and expansive space for our breathwork circles, movement, meditation and other practices. A sauna invites you to unwind and soften, while a cozy communal area offers space to relax, connect and share meals together.

To secure your spot, please send me an email to schedule a discovery call to connect, clarify any questions you may have, explore your intentions and see if this retreat aligns with your needs. YOUR WELL-BEING IS MY HIGHEST PRIORITY.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your spot at the retreat, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Payment Schedule
Retreat 1: May 18–23, 2026
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than April 1, 2026.
• Bookings made after April 1, 2026 require full payment at the time of booking.
Retreat 2: July 29 – August 3, 2026
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than June 10, 2026.
• Bookings made after June 10, 2026 require full payment at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION TERMS
• 100% refund of the remaining balance for cancellations made 45 days or more before the retreat start date.
• 50% refund of the remaining balance for cancellations made 30–44 days before the retreat start date.
• No refund of the remaining balance for cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date.
Please note: The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

To ensure this retreat is supportive of your current physical, mental, and emotional well-being, a discovery call and intake form are required before booking.
Please be aware that I am not a medical doctor or psychologist. Your health remains your responsibility, and it is strongly advised to consult with your healthcare provider before participating in Breathwork or movement practices during the retreat.
TRAVEL INFRANCE RECOMMENDATION
I highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers retreat cancellations, travel disruptions, and health-related incidents.
TRANSFER OPTION
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant (pending approval) at no additional cost.
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the retreat. In such cases, your payment will be transferred to a future retreat or refunded at our discretion.
